Wear comfortable, breathable clothing that allows you to move freely. Think athletic wear like leggings, yoga pants, or workout shorts paired with a fitted top or t-shirt. Layers are great since the studio temperature can vary.
Yoga and Mat Pilates classes are practiced barefoot or in grip socks (your choice.)
Feel free to bring your own mat. Do not have one? No problem, Stone River Ranch can provide a mat until you have one of your own.
Do not forget to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated throughout your practice.
Come as you are, ready to move and reconnect with your body.

Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled class time. This gives you time to check in, set up your space, and settle in before class begins.
Arriving early helps ensure you get the most out of your practice and keeps the flow smooth for everyone.

Our farm address is 36879 Mountville Rd, Middleburg VA. There are 2 entrances to the farm, both with a blue round sign by the road that says “Stone River Ranch at Bolinvar.” If you are coming from the Snickersville Turnpike direction, you will take a left at the second sign. If you are coming from Foxcroft Rd, you will take a right at the first sign. Once you enter you will be driving on a gravel driveway (if it is paved you will know you are at the wrong entrance.) You will drive by horse paddocks and then see a pond on your left and a barn on your right. You will keep driving straight until you see a large white barn in front of you. This is your destination and there should be ample parking in front.
Once you arrive, come into the barn and find the indoor viewing room. You will walk straight towards the indoor arena and right before the arena on your left you will walk up a few steps into the indoor viewing room.
